To keep the quality of our merchandise as high as possible, please follow these guidelines:

• All clothing must be freshly laundered, wrinkle free, and in flat, unfolded stacks. Lay each piece of clothing flat on top of the other. Items may be placed inside a tote, laundry basket, or carried by hand. No bags or boxes, please.

• Please inspect the clothing carefully and make sure that each item is zipped, buttoned, or tied.

• Freshly laundered clothing is best. We do not accept items that smell of cigarette smoke, appear dirty or soiled, or items that contain pet hair.

• Please check items for stains, tears, holes, missing buttons, and broken zippers. Any items with these defects will not be purchased. Please do not bring them.

• Clothing that is not current or in style will not be purchased.

• Clothing & Small Items: Once your items are reviewed, you will receive your payment. As a seller, you receive 40% of what we sell the item for. Depending on the size and or quantity of your items for review, please be aware that your payment may take a few days to process. The amount paid is based on brand, condition, and if the clothing has been prepared to meet our guidelines. Our selling prices are quite low here at Twice Blessed. Please understand that what you receive is at a lower buy-out price.

• Spring and summer items are purchased from January to June. Fall and winter items are purchased from July to December. Seasonal and/or holiday items will be purchased up to 1 month prior to the occasion.

• We are selective with the items we purchase! We buy brand-new condition, preferably name brand clothing. If you would not purchase it, chances are neither will we.

• Please call for appointment to have items reviewed. Please limit to 50-75 pieces of clothing per visit. Please do not bring more than 5 large items per visit. (Example: High chairs, strollers, etc). You may either appoint to have your items reviewed while you wait (limited times and days) or you can make an appointment to drop off your items. The buyer is only available on certain days, so appointments must be made accordingly. When you schedule your appointment, please specify if you wish to drop off your items or if you wish to wait. Thank you for understanding.

• Please have any item that needs assembly - ASSEMBLED.

• Please make sure all toys are CLEANED. If the item requires batteries, please make sure NEW BATTERIES are inserted.

•Please be prepared to give an item count BEFORE making an appointment.

• Please understand that we cannot take everything that you bring in. We have many other clients and a limited space. Therefore, try to bring in what is in the best condition and have met our buying guidelines.
